The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) is a national organization committed to empowering Hispanic professionals and students in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Founded on the principles of networking, mentorship, and advocacy, SHPE aims to foster a supportive community where Hispanics and other underrepresented groups in STEM can thrive. By providing access to professional development resources, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities, SHPE endeavors to increase the representation of Hispanics in STEM careers and to promote their advancement and leadership within these fields.
