General questions
Questions about the product, partnerships, or getting CourseTrees running at your university. The ingestion pipeline can plug into any school with a public catalog, so if you want your campus added, this is where to ask.
Something wrong in the data
A prerequisite that isn't real, a course that no longer exists, a grade distribution that doesn't match what the registrar published. Send the course code and the school and we'll trace it back to the source. Corrections are the most useful mail we get.
Reporting content, or asking us to remove something
You do not need an account for this, and you do not need to explain yourself at length. Use the report form and it reaches us with the context we need to act.

For anything urgent or sensitive, including intimate images shared without consent, write to safety@coursetrees.com. That inbox is checked on the deadlines published in the moderation policy.
Privacy requests
If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, our privacy policy explains what we collect and how to ask. Our data ethics page covers where the data comes from and how a school or a person can have a source removed.
