BrownURSA is an organization for furries in the Brown community. Broadly speaking, a furry is a person who is interested in anthropomorphic animals — animal characters who take on human characteristics. The furry fandom is a lively and vibrant subculture centered around creating artwork, music, writing, costume, performance, etc. around the idea of anthropomorphic animals and original furry characters. Whether you are a furry or simply enjoy media involving animal people, we welcome you to join!
