BARC is a passionate collective that advocates for the rights and welfare of all sentient beings. The club engages in a variety of activities aimed at encouraging compassion for and fair treatment of all animals. This includes weekly discussion meetings, outreach events such as movies, activism, and lectures, field trips to local animal rights organizations, and engagement in the cooking and enjoyment of vegan food. We are committed to fostering community and promoting veganism at Brown and in Rhode Island.
