The Brown Alt Protein Project, proudly supported by the Good Food Institute, is dedicated to advancing the development of alternative proteins. Through our weekly meetings, outreach efforts, research coordination, educational programs, and awareness campaigns, we passionately advocate for sustainable food systems. Our goal is to inspire a profound shift towards equitable food practices in Brown, Rhode Island and across the world.
