HERizon is an organization dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space for BIPOC women at Union College. Our mission is to foster belonging, professional growth, and empowerment through community engagement, mentorship, and collaboration. By partnering with multicultural organizations and volunteering in the Schenectady community, we aim to uplift and celebrate the diverse experiences of women of color. HERizon strives to build sisterhood, amplify voices, and promote personal and professional development, ensuring every member feels seen, heard, and supported.
