Chemistry and Biochemistry Club

What We Do!(Bio)Chemistry club works to show the campus and Schenectady communities that chemistry is cool and exciting! We've collaborated with different communities, making outreach videos and hosting Alumni panel events with Kenny Center, organizing Date presentation with MSA, and organizing Culinary chemistry with CaSA. Our club also holds entertaining chemistry events last year, liquid nitrogen ice cream during Alumni weekend, Flaming Pumpkin during Halloween time, and Bookclub on The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. Why Should Join!There will be numerous professional development and outreach activities that give great opportunities to build a network within chemistry-based community engagement. We have weekly meetings where you can share your ideas comfortably. Also, we are an active small group so your opinions can be heard actively. If you like chemistry and biochemistry, you are more than welcome to join us!
