The American Society of Civil Engineers Club (ASCE) at Union College aims to create an inclusive club for anyone interested in Civil and Environmental Engineering and to be an official ASCE student chapter at Union College.Our club was created to support and expand student interest in the recently revived civil engineering major while highlighting the new Environmental Engineering major. We want to expose students of other majors to civil engineering and introduce them to a variety of careers in that field.In addition, we will create team building and networking skills, while encouraging leadership and creating a supportive and respectful environment.Our biggest project will be competing in the ASCE Steel Bridge Competition.
