The mission of Women in STEM is to empower women and gender-diverse students in STEM-fields by fostering confidence and providing guidance in a place where everyone can explore their potential, share their ideas, ask questions, and shape the future of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Women in STEM hopes to provide a warm and welcoming environment for those interested in professional development, mentorship, building a community, and collaborating with other STEM-focused individuals. All are encouraged to join Women in STEM regardless of major, year, identity, etc.
