WELCOME LADIES! We are an OFFICIAL UNC Greensboro Sports Club Located in the Mat Room on the 2nd Floor of The Kaplan Center ( 1301 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27403)*Our Core Mission is to Empower Women through the teachings of Martial Arts and Self Defense. We strive BI WEEKLY to help women build self confidence and develop self awareness strategies through martial arts and meditation techniques.
