Undergraduate Women in Business (UWiB) aims to advance the professional and personal development of its undergraduate members by providing a supportive community and promoting DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging). UWiB seeks to empower its members through engagement with industry professionals, workshops and service initiatives to guide their professional pursuits. This organization is committed to upholding its “MINERVA” Values; Motivation, Innovation, Nobility, Excellence, Resilience, Valor and Achievement.
