Welcome to UNCG's Undergraduate Creative Writing Club! The purpose of the Creative Writing Club is to provide an open working environment to teach and foster various figurative and literary components through writing exercises, group conversation, and fulfilling writing events. By establishing an inclusive learning environment, Creative Writing Club places importance on growth and focuses on each member’s individual interests in storytelling, encouraging members to explore publications to support their interests. Additionally, Creative Writing Club serves to provide the necessary ground and basis for members to think critically and dynamically about the key factors within narratives, with the club exploring various drafts of these narratives from creation to publishing upon member submission for group Workshop.
