Sponsored and supported by the Methodist and Lutheran churches, Spartan Mosaic is an open, inclusive, and progressive campus ministry that welcomes all.Spartan Mosaic's mission is to provide a loving, accepting Christian environment on the UNCG campus where students and others can find ways to expand their faith and be of service. The program is planned and conducted by a council of students and the campus pastor and includes opportunities for worship, retreat, study, fellowship, and service. Spartan Mosaic is committed to ongoing anti-racist work, economic and food justice, the affirmation of all gender identities and orientations, the disruption of systems of oppression, and the elimination of discriminatory practices in our denominations and societies. We are LGBT+ affirming, and our student leaders complete UNCG's SafeZone training.
