UNC Greensboro’s chapter of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA), affiliated with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), is a student-led organization dedicated to supporting the academic and professional growth of future Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. NSSLHA empowers students to become advocates for individuals overlooked or without a voice in society, promoting communication access and support. At its core, NSSLHA values diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging acceptance and understanding of individuals from all backgrounds and abilities. Through meaningful community outreach, educational events, professional networking, and service opportunities, members of NSSLHA are engaged in making a difference both on campus and in the community.Join us as we work together to raise awareness, support communication equity, and inspire change through compassionate and informed care. Our NSSLHA chapter at UNCG consists of approximately 100 members, continuously striving to volunteer and raise money for organizations associated with communication sciences and disorders.
