Higher Education Doctoral Student Association's (HEDSA) mission is to promote equity, leadership, scholarship, service, and community for doctoral students in the PhD in Educational Studies - Higher Education program and other doctoral students interested in pursuing careers in higher education. We are committed to enhancing our academic program by actively supporting.the recruitment, transition , socialization, and skill-building of both prospective and current students, helping them thrive and succeed throughout their doctoral journey.
