Arabic Student Organization

The Arabic Student Organization (ASO) at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) is a student-led organization that promotes the study and understanding of the Arabic language, culture, and history. Our goal is to create a community for students interested in these topics and to serve as a resource for the college community by offering language instruction, cultural events, and educational opportunities. We strive to foster an inclusive and diverse community for students of all backgrounds and provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and perspectives. Our organization also aims to promote a greater understanding of the Arab world and the Arabic language and culture, as well as encouraging the participation of students in Arabic language and culture-related activities on and off campus. Our organization is open to all students at UNCG and welcomes those who are interested in learning about the Arabic language, culture, and history.
