STEP TWO: Complete the Texas State University Student Travel For m #2 in the Bobcat Organization HUB. This is required for you to attend. The Bobcats LEAD Retreats are our gateway event to our Bobcats LEAD Pathways curriculum, a three step leadership certificate opportunity to help emerging leaders strengthen their skills and find leadership opportunities at Texas State.
