Student College of Clinical Pharmacy (SCCP)

The Samford University Student College of Clinical Pharmacy Chapter is a professional organization that serves to help student pharmacists understand what clinical pharmacy is and why it is important. Through guest speakers at our monthly meetings, SCCP exposes student pharmacists to a variety of different clinical practice areas so that students can gain a better understanding of the many different fields of expertise that they can become a part of after graduating. SCCP holds two yearly competitions for pharmacy students to showcase what they have learned in the classroom. These competitions are the Clinical Pharmacy Challenge and the Clinical Research Challenge. SCCP also holds fundraisers, engaging events, and community outreach opportunities throughout the school year!
