Program Overview: Mothers Empowering Mothers is a mentorship initiative created to support working mothers across the Samford community. By pairing seasoned moms with those navigating various stages of motherhood, the program aims to strengthen connections, enhance employee morale, and promote a healthier work-life balance.Our Mission: To create a supportive community of mothers who empower each other through shared experiences, advice, and compassion. Ensuring that no mother feels alone in her journey.Events: Gather & Grow: an open table discussion for faculty and staff mothers across all stages, from pregnancy through grandmotherhood.
