On March 22, 1980 six outstanding women of Sigma charted The Theta Zeta Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. located on the campus of Marquette University. With ambitions for a sorority devoted to assisting others, these ladies labored to establish a chapter of an organization that upheld the same moral ideals that they held fast, with the mission of "Greater Service, Greater Progress" at every step of the way. Continuing the legacy of Theta Zeta, as one of the undergrad chapters in Wisconsin, we aim to address concerns that impact society educationally, civically, and economically. Through "Greater Service, Greater Progress" our goal is to uplift the youth and the community through our many national projects and philanthropies.
