The purpose of this club shall be to create an academic family for, but not exclusively to Latinx premedical students to succeed by:1. Establishing mentorship2. Providing professional development3. Examining Latinx healthcare issues4. Inviting community stakeholders to speak on community issues5. Creating culturally specific volunteering opportunities6. Establishing shadowing opportunities7. Seeing faces like ours in medicine who can speak to us on their journeys to become physicians
