Data Science Club (MDSC)

The purpose of this Organization shall be to create a space on campus devoted to the pursuit and discussion of Data Science not only as a profession but also as a passion. There will be an emphasis on connecting students with employers and professionals in the field as well as creating a space for students to grow in their knowledge of this ever-expanding field. Periodical meetings will serve as a space for discussion as well as workshops for students' individual projects. Panels will be offered to allow students to gain insight from infield professionals as well as events to offer support in finding internships/jobs. This club will be open to students of all backgrounds and sets to encourage the inclusion of members of all fields of study, not just those pursuing Computer Science or Data Science.
