The purpose of The Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) at Marquette University is to enrich the academic and professional journeys of undergraduate students in the business field by fostering a diverse and inclusive community. We empower students through professional development, networking opportunities, leadership training, and career guidance. Our organization advocates for ethical behavior, self-discipline, and practices that align with our core values while promoting the holistic development of all members.
