Nurses Christian Fellowship- Student Chapter

The Nurses Christian Fellowship Student Chapter will be the first faith based organization on campus specifically for pre-nursing, nursing students, and their loved ones. The group will be open to everyone who wants to hear about Jesus, but the content of meeting will be geared toward the struggles that student nurses go through, and how to God at the center of everything. Nursing school is not just difficult intellectually but physically, emotionally, and spiritually as well. At NCF we believe that spiritual well being precedes all the others, and often times has a great effect on all other aspects of life. It is easy to have your identity wrapped up in being a nursing student, a future nurse, and a classmate, but at NCF we believe our identity is in Jesus. Jesus died on the cross to save us and we want to give all the glory to him despite what else going on in life. This club will help believers and non believers explore their relationship with Jesus in such a trying time as nursing school, which will result in strong spiritual well being. NCF members will be excellent representatives of Jesus, the CMU nursing program, and themselves.
