Mock Trial

Come join our Mock Trial team where we prepare for a competition in which we prepare a trial and compete! The trial concerns an official American Mock Trial Association case that remains the same through the entire academic year. The case alternates between a civil and a criminal case every year. The case is entirely fictional, taking place in the fictional state of Midlands. Teams must prepare both sides of the case (prosecution/plaintiff and defense) for every competition. There are plenty of opportunities to build and re-enforce public speaking skills as well as team work. There are opportunities to travel and compete against schools from all across the country. All majors are welcome and encouraged to join!
