MAVrides is a student-operated and -funded organization that provides FREE rides to students at Colorado Mesa University. MAVrides is designed to help students by encouraging responsible decision making, while also offering a solution that allows them transport that will get them to and from their destinations in a safe manner. By offering reliable rides; we are able to offer transportation from main campus to CMU Tech, from CMU Tech to main campus, major student life events, and around town. All while working to reduce drinking and driving, as well as creating a safer campus and closer community. Operating Hours:Night operations take place on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 8pm-3am within the University Center. During these hours we are available to offer transportation around town.Day Operations occur from 7:15am - 9pm. During these hours we offer transportation between Main Campus to CMU Tech and from CMU Tech to Main Campus. Call 970-248-2222 during our night operation business hours to request a ride!If your club is interested in driving for us, please fill out the Driving Background Check under "Forms". Please acknowledge that an email does not guarantee a position on the weekend and that our specifications have changed since the last school year (2025-2026).
