Clay Club

The CMU Clay Club works to give the emerging Fine Artists seeking their BA or BFA with an emphasis in ceramics, experience with coordinating with professional artists for workshops, organizing and hosting Fall and Spring Semester sales, aiding in the preparation and participation at Artober Fest, fundraising and organizing trips to NCECA, and recycling clay for club members use as well as to be sold to other students. We aid in installations at the 437CO Gallery when a ceramics artist has been invited to show. We work to be a student run club that is intended to create engagement and interest in the ceramics department and program. Find us on instagram @cmuclayclub
