The Asian Leadership & Cultural Association (ALCA) exists to connect Asian students across CSUB, creating a supportive community that fosters success both inside and outside the classroom. Our mission is to provide opportunities for personal and professional growth through mentorship, networking, and internship guidance, while also celebrating and sharing the richness of Asian cultures with the entire CSUB community. Through cultural events, leadership activities, and storytelling, we aim to give Asian students the best experience at CSUB and build lasting connections that honor heritage, unity, and achievement.
