Farms to Plates: Vermont's Local Food System

Join the UVM Libraries for a new exhibit that explores Vermont’s local food movement. The exhibit features stories about new crops and new farmers, displays publications that promote and market local food, highlights farm-to-school initiatives, and shares cookbooks dedicated to using local ingredients. Now through September 18, visit the Silver Special Collections Library (Billings 201) M-F, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to explore the exhibit.
