Forming a group of people to work collectively through problems with a focus on rockets and similar projects. This group will mostly align with NASA grants through the Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium, in which rocket building competitions are held and whichever team scores the highest gets the grant money. Additionally, there may also be smaller rocket launches, as well as other events and competitions to enter.
