Join a supportive, peer-led community designed to help students cultivate self-love and resilience in the face of academic and personal pressures. We create a cozy, non-judgmental environment where fellow Longhorns can challenge imposter syndrome, share struggles, and explore healthier relationships with ourselves and our goals. Through discussions, self-reflection, and low-pressure activities, we strive to remind each other that growth, self-worth and connection matter more than perfection. Note: This is not a replacement for clinical mental health services. SHARE Communities are weekly student-led groups where peers with similar interests, concerns, or wellness goals can find community and social connection that goes beyond surface-level. They are places to step away from the grind and let down the mask, where mutual support, imperfection, and “real” conversations are the expectation rather than the exception. We aim to give fellow students a place to be themselves and feel at home, where their resources and inner wisdom can directly benefit others going through similar struggles. INTEREST FORM:https://utexas.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_4IAp87QRt2ZjJGe Any UT student may submit an interest form and attend ANY open SHARE Community at ANY time of the semester. Submitting an interest form is not a commitment, just an introduction to connect you with our peer facilitators!
