Parent Student Early Registration

Parents or legal guardians of children under 18 years can self-certify today! Under Texas S.B. 459, which took effect September 1, 2023, institutions providing early registration for any student population shall provide early registration for parenting students in the same manner. Parenting student: a student enrolled at an institution of higher education who is the parent or legal guardian of a child under 18 years of age.
