The SHSU Alumni Association will host the annual Distinguished Alumni Gala on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Lowman Student Center Orange Ballroom. Join the SHSU Alumni Association as we honor some of SHSU's most distinguished and accomplished alumni. This dinner and award ceremony will grant the highest honor that Sam Houston State University can bestow upon its alumni.
