Mental Health First Aid for Higher Ed trains campus community members to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This in-person, skills-focused course is delivered across four sessions and equips participants to provide initial support, de-escalate crises, and connect individuals to campus and community resources. Recommended for faculty, staff, and student leaders who want practical tools to intervene safely and compassionately. Sessions: Sept 8 (7–9 pm), Sept 15 (7–9 pm), Sept 22 (7–8 pm), Oct 20 (7–9 pm).
