End of Summer Camp

Designed around the FLOURISH framework for faculty wellbeing, the session addresses both the demands chairs & leaders themselves carry and the department-level conditions they shape for their faculty. Participants will engage in meaningful conversation focused on meeting culture, effective communication and how to help faculty flourish during difficult times. Participants will also hear from fellow chairs who will provide insight into what has worked in their own units.
