About the PresentersMark Frieden‚ MBA ’10‚ a Realtor with PenFed Realty‚ is a Washington-area native. Prior to real estate‚ Mark was an independent sustainability consultant to small and medium-sized organizations. He also held advertising sales positions with local media including the Washington Post. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is currently licensed in Maryland‚ Virginia and Washington‚ DC. Vince Coyle‚ VP Production Manager at GNB Mortgage‚ has been helping clients with home financing for over 20 years. He specializes in products such as conventional‚ FHA‚ VA‚ jumbo loans as well as bridge and renovation loans. Vince has participated in a number of first-time home purchasing classes and will give an overview of how the mortgage process works.
