CEVE 311 or MECH 311 or MECH 315 Description: Introduction to physics guided machine learning and data driven modeling from a rigorous finite element analysis and system dynamics (& optimization) perspective. Programming needed will be introduced in the course. The course involves series of assignments involving programming. Project work will be assigned at the end of the semester in lieu of the final exam. Cannot be taken concurrently with CEVE/ MECH 527 . Prerequisites CEVE/ MECH 311 . Cross-list: CEVE 427 .
