BIOE 252 and (CAAM 210 or CMOR 220 ) and MATH 211 and MATH 212 (may be taken concurrently) Description: Introduction to numerical approximation techniques with bioengineering applications. Topics include error propagation, Taylor's Series expansions curre fitting, roots of equations, optimization numerical differentiation and integration, ordinary differential equations, and partial differential equations. Matlab and other software will be used for solving equations. Math 212 may be taken concurrently with BIOE 391→BIOE 391→unlocks 4 courses
