These include absorbance and fluorescence spectroscopy, light and fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, electrophoresis, PCR, Blotting, and ELISA. BIOE 342 /BIOC 320 may be taken concurrently with BIOE 348 . Graduate/Undergraduate Equivalency: BIOE 648 .
