BIOE 440 or STAT 440 or BIOC 311 Description: Introduction to tissue culture techniques, including cell passage, cell viability, and cell attachment and proliferation assays. Students complete quantitative analysis of their data. Engineering design and applications are featured in graded work. Sections 1 and 2 are taught during the first half of the semester. Sections 3 and 4 are taught during the second half of the semester. Students may be required to attend lab on a university holiday. Instructor Permission Required→BIOE 342→unlocks 3 courses
