QST725 or 726 - The objective of this course is for current and future leaders to acquire an in-depth understanding of strategic Lean for Business Excellence. Students will learn how to start with the "success vision" and "end goal," build off of those to develop meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs), and finally to create an integrated system that drives the right behaviors to deliver the desired results. The course will provide hands-on experiential learning through individual project work and writing assignments. This course is relevant for students interested in pursuing careers as process consultants or transformation leaders.
