BU Libraries has countless resources to support you during your academic journey. If you're performing research, writing a paper, or something in between, BU Libraries is here to help. Join us on September 10 for an introduction to BU Libraries designed specifically for our Terrier F1RSTS! Pizza will be served, so please register in advance. The intended audience is BU first-generation students. What does it mean to be first-generation undergrad, graduate, and professional students at Boston University? First-Generation College Student (FGCS): A student in the first generation of their family to go to college (i.e., a student whose parents/guardians/caregivers did not earn bachelor’s degrees, although elder siblings and cousins may be attending college already or have earned four-year degrees). First-Generation Graduate/Professional Student (FGGS/FGPS): A student who is in the first-generation of their families to pursue an advanced degree (i.e., a student whose parents/guardians/caregivers did not earn a master’s, doctorate, or professional degree, such as a JD or MD). --- Event Details: https://terriercentral.bu.edu/rsvp?id=375474
