Industry Insights Lunch with Hannah McNeil

The Corcoran Center is excited to announce a series of “Industry Insight” lunches hosted by our Undergraduate Real Estate Council this fall, featuring industry experts from across the Real Estate and Urban Action field. Join us on select Fridays during the semester from 1 to 2 p.m. in Carney 437 to network and gain insight into the many dynamic areas of Real Estate. Our first lunch will be on Friday, September 18th at 1 p.m., with Hannah McNeil, of Colliers. All are welcome, but please register as space is limited, and a catered lunch will be provided. Please use this link to register. Hannah McNeil is a Senior Advisor with the Urban Team at Colliers, specializing in office tenant representation throughout Greater Boston. She advises companies on office real estate strategy, helping clients navigate lease renewals, relocations, expansions, subleases, and renegotiations while aligning their real estate decisions with broader business objectives. Working exclusively on behalf of occupiers, Hannah partners with companies across the technology, legal, financial services, advertising, architecture, engineering, and real estate industries. She combines market intelligence, financial analysis, and strategic negotiation to help clients optimize their office footprint, reduce occupancy costs, and secure favorable lease terms. Before joining Colliers, Hannah advised occupiers as part of Hughes Marino's Boston office, representing tenants exclusively in lease negotiations. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Boston College in Accounting for Finance & Consulting and Marketing.
